A Blissful Sake Experience
The real pleasure of drinking sake is, above all, the small appetizer-like dishes served alongside sake known as sakana. After all, having something to nibble on makes drinking more fun.
Combining foods you can eat only in fall with sake you can drink only in fall creates a moment of bliss. This is a luxury that money cannot buy.
以前にも秋あがりについてお話しましたが、秋あがりとは秋においしく呑めるように熟成させたお酒です。秋あがりとひやおろしの違いなど、少し細かな説明があったりもしますが、今回は製造の話ではなく、味の話をさせてもらいます。
Previously, I have discussed akiagari, a sake matured to be drunk in autumn. While there are complicated discussions to be had on the difference between akiagari and hiyaoroshi, this time I will not be discussing not how it is brewed, but rather how it tastes.
